Frequently Asked Questions

This year's conference will be held on a virtual platform for both Saturday and Sunday. While we wish we could all be in person, we look forward to gathering virtually and are eager to be back together, face-to-face, next year!
After you purchase a ticket, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. Once we have you confirmed as a registered participant and the event draws near, you will receive an email with the conference link. If you have questions about your registration status, you can email us at info@scienceofanimalbehaviorconference.com
That's totally fine! We get that weekends can be chaotic and don't want you to miss out on important information! Once you log into the conference, you will be able to save sessions for up to 30 days to view at your own leisure. The video content will expire after 30 days.
Tech problems happen to all of us! We're excited to offer tech support on the day of the event. You will be able to access tech support within the event by going to the "Information" table and live chatting with a tech support specialist.

\ If you have problems receiving your confirmation for the event, or conference link prior to the event, you're welcome to email us at info@scienceofanimalbehaviorconference.com. As always, it's a great idea to check your SPAM and promotions folders, and also to confirm your email is correct upon registration
CCPDT, IAABC, KPA & RACE credits are available for select sessions. You can view our CEU breakdown here: https://www.scienceofanimalbehaviorconference.com/ceu-information
After each session, please go to the "Information" tab to access the relevant survey that applies to the CEUs you're interested in receiving. For example, if you are hoping to earn IAABC credits, you'll choose the "CCPDT, IAABC & KPA" credit survey. You will need to complete a survey after each session in order to receive credit. If the session does not come up as an option on the survey, it has not been approved for CEUs.
